当代大学毕业生到乡村基层就业创业关乎青年的成长成才，关系乡村人才振兴，检验着中国式乡村振兴的成色。“自在”是指个人精神和文化生活较为放松和自由的状态，乡村的持续发展促生了青年“自在”的扎根思想。新时代乡村文化吸引青年人才愿意扎根，使得文化助力乡村发展成为可能。“自在”思想和文化建立在“自在”生产和生活基础上，建立在青年大学毕业生个体和群体“自为”基础上。借助现代信息网络工具，乡村文化特有的“治愈”功能可以被很好地开发，也能帮助大学毕业生更好地融入乡村生活，使其获得真正融入后的“自在”感。

The employment and entrepreneurship of contemporary university graduates at the grassroots level in rural areas are crucial to their growth and development,pivotal to the revitalization of rural talents,and serves as evaluation of the effectiveness of Chinese-style rural revitalization. Being “at-ease”refers to a relatively relaxed and free state in personal spiritual and cultural life,and the continuous development of rural areas has fostered the “at-ease” idea of taking root in rural areas among young people. The rural culture in the new era attracts young talents who are willing to settle down,making it possible for culture to boost rural development. The “at-ease” concept and culture are based on“at-ease” production and life,and on the individual and collective “self-realization” among young college graduates. With the help of modern information network tools,the unique “healing” function of rural culture can be well developed,helping university graduates better integrate into rural life and achieve a true “at-ease” sense after integration.
