重复外周磁刺激治疗脑卒中后非特异性下腰痛的疗效观察

为探讨经重复性外周磁刺激(r PMS)治疗对脑卒中后非特异性下腰痛疗效的影响,选择2023年1~7月在徐州市康复医院康复的卒中后出现非特异性下腰痛的患者40名,年龄25~75岁,按随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组20例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予rPMS治疗,对照组给予伪刺激。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后腰痛Oswestry功能障碍指数、视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)及患者指地距离(Finger to Floor Distance,FFD)。结果表明:经过28 d后,两组患者Oswestry功能障碍指数、VAS评分、FFD均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组的所有指标均显著下降,且均低于对照组(P<0.05)。表明重复外周磁刺激可缓解脑卒中后非特异性下腰痛,促进功能恢复,提高治疗效果。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the effect of repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation(rPMS)on nonspecific low back pain after stroke. From January 2023 to July 2023,40 patients with non-specific low back pain after stroke in the Second People's Hospital of Huai'an City,aged 25-75 years old,were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group. The treatment group was given rPMS treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and the control group was given pseudo-stimulation. Oswestry disability index,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Finger to Floor Distance(FFD)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results showed that after four weeks,the Oswestry disability index,VAS score and FFD of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and were better than the control group. All indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. It is concluded that repeated peripheral magnetic stimulation can relieve non-specific low back pain after stroke,promote functional recovery and improve therapeutic effect.
