通过对日本声优产业的形成、发展、从业人员、产业模式等多个方面进行分析,与我国动画配音产业进行比较,寻找适合我国动画配音发展的途径和方法,正确认识动画配音对动画的影响,在制度上和管理上以及教育上寻求适合我国动画配音发展的道路,促进国内动画配音产业发展规范化、专业化、市场化。

This paper,through an analysis of the formation and development of Japanese voice industry,employees situation and industry modes,makes a comparison of Chinese animation dubbing industry to find out the suitable approaches and ways of developing the industry and. It is pointed out that correct understanding and realization should be made about the influence of dubbing on the animation. The paper tries to find out ways that suits our Chinese animation dubbing development in terms of system and administration so as to bring domestic animation dubbing industry standardized,professionalized and market- oriented.
