航空高技能人才职业胜任力是学术性、专业性与实践性高度融合的综合性能力，是支撑C919大飞机项目商业化运营与航空产业高质量发展的核心要素。当前航空职业教育领域面临理念认知偏差、培养主体割裂、资源配置分散、参与互动不足等碎片化困境，导致人才培养与产业需求存在结构性错位。基于整体性理论的指导思想，江苏航空职业技术学院以服务C919全产业链需求为导向，构建“协同治理、课程融合、实践进阶、保障支撑”四位一体的整体性运作模式，通过夯实产教融合价值共识、整合多元主体协同力量、优化资源配置共享机制、强化校企生良性互动，有效破解了专业与产业脱节、教学与岗位错位、实训与生产脱节等突出问题，形成了可复制、可推广的航空高技能人才培养范式，为新时代职业教育改革与航空产业人才供给提供了实践样本。

The professional competence of aviation high-skilled personnel is a comprehensive ability that highly integrates academic knowledge,professional expertise and practical skills. It is a core element supporting the commercial operation of the C919 large aircraft project and the high-quality development of the aviation industry. Currently,the aviation vocational education sector faces fragmentation dilemmas,including conceptual cognitive biases,segmented cultivation entities,dispersed resource allocation,and insufficient participation and interaction. These issues lead to a structural mismatch between talent cultivation and industrial demands. Guided by the principles of holistic theory,and oriented towards serving the needs of the entire C919 industry chain,Jiangsu Aviation Technical College has constructed a “Four-in-One” integrated operation model encompassing “collaborative governance,curriculum integration,practical progression,and safeguard support”. By consolidating the value consensus of industry-education integration,integrating the collaborative forces of multiple stakeholders,optimizing resource allocation and sharing mechanisms,and strengthening the positive interaction among enterprises,schools,and students,the college has effectively addressed prominent issues such as the disconnect between specialties and industries,the misalignment between teaching and job positions,and the gap between practical training and actual production. This has resulted in a replicable and scalable paradigm for cultivating aviation high-skilled personnel,providing a practical example for vocational education reform in the new era and for talent supply in the aviation industry.
