大运河江苏段是中国大运河的核心河段，江苏要将其打造为世界级运河文化遗产旅游廊道，形成具有示范意义的“江苏样本”。提出打造路径：一是遗产活化，重在创新遗产体验，要创新无限定空间非遗进景区工作、构建“非遗工坊+数字展演”矩阵等；二是产业升级，重在培育“运河+”业态，包括运河演艺、运河研学、运河文创等；三是科技赋能，重在打造数智运河，要开发数字孪生运河项目、强化VR、AR、MR场景化应用；四是生态共生，重在修复绿色运河，要构建低碳旅游廊道、实施“水岸共生”工程；五是IP符号建构，重在升级运河IP，要设计“运河N景”视觉符号体系、打造“江河协奏”超级IP；六是主客共享，重在完善社会参与机制，要引导社会力量和当地居民参与、创设利益共享机制。

The Jiangsu section of the Grand Canal is its core section in China. Jiangsu aims to develop it into a world-class canal cultural heritage tourism corridor,forming a “Jiangsu Model” with demonstrative significance. The development pathways put forward are as follows:First,heritage revitalization,focusing on innovating heritage experience,by advancing the intangible cultural heritage into the scenic spots without spatial restrictions,and constructing a matrix of “intangible cultural heritage workshop +digital performance”;Second,industrial upgrading,emphasizing the cultivation of “Canal+” formats,including the Canal-themed performances,study tours,cultural and creative products;Third,technological empowerment,concentrating on building a smart Canal,by developing digital twin projects,and strengthening VR,AR,MR scene applications;Fourth,ecological symbiosis,prioritizing the restoration of a green canal by building a low-carbon tourism corridors and the implementation of “water-shore symbiosis” projects;Fifth,IP symbol construction,homing in on upgrading the Canal IP by designing a visual symbol system of “N-attraction Canal”,and creating a “river-ochestration” super IP;Sixth,host-guest sharing,cetering on the improvement of the social participation mechanism by guiding social forces and local residents to participate in and sharing the benefits of creation.
